Independent subscription agents
Drivers and independent agents can introduce paying clients, drivers, restaurants and service facilities to GlobeXpress. Independent subscription agents start at 10% and reach a total 20% when they achieve 200 paid subscriptions in a 30-day cycle. Drivers and referring businesses earn 10% (US$2 on US$20), credited to the individual referrer's payable account.

Tier 1 — direct paid subscription referrals: 10% base commission for drivers, businesses and subscription agents. Tier 2 applies to independent subscription agents reaching 200 paid subscriptions per 30-day cycle: an additional 10% bonus brings all qualifying referrals in that cycle to 20%. Earned commissions are available for settlement, tracked separately from future-ride rewards.
Agent terms
Agents act independently to introduce businesses; approval follows identity verification and acceptance of these terms. Independent subscription agents receive 10% base plus an accumulated 10% bonus at 200 paid subscriptions per 30-day cycle; driver and business referrers receive 10% of a confirmed paid registration. No commission is earned for an unpaid application or free consumer sign-up. Refunded registrations reverse unpaid commissions; previously paid commissions are recorded for reconciliation. Agents may share their own promotion code and link and must accurately present GlobeXpress fees and services. Commission payment is recorded separately after payment to the agent; it is not an automatic bank transfer.

Driver registration dates
UDrive registration is US$20 for every driver, including a vehicle record where needed, effective October 12, 2026. Local verification-agent administration and garage inspection charges are separate and paid directly to those providers. Independent subscription agents earn 10% to 20% according to their paid-subscription target; drivers and business referrers earn 10% of the confirmed platform registration fee; local service charges are excluded.
Agent activity and bonus targets
10 locations daily; 60 registered or contacted facilities weekly; minimum 150 locations per 30-day cycle. Top target: 200 paid subscriptions, based on 10 per working day over 20 working days. Contacts count as activity; only paid subscriptions qualify for the 20% tier. Cycles run for 30 days from the agent account's creation date. Minimum payout balance: US$10.
Promotional materials support
Independent subscription agents earn 10% base commission and a further 10% bonus at 200 paid subscriptions per 30-day cycle, capped at 20% total commission. A separate 10% promotional allowance supports approved printing, decals and other promotional materials through expense reimbursement or supplied materials. This allowance is tracked separately from payable commissions.
