Photograph the front, rear, left side, right side and interior. Record a short walk-around video including the interior. Keep the vehicle stationary while recording. Photos are resized for upload; video must be MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 8 MB. Documents may be PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 8 MB here. Each file saves separately so you can return later.
Registration payment, identity checks and final operating approval remain in your registration account.
