Taptap Send

Send through your own Taptap Send account. Check the available sending country, destination, delivery method, fees and exchange rate with Taptap Send before confirming your transfer.

The mobile app opens on your phone or compatible device. A center computer provides access to the provider website and download guidance.

Receive a transfer

Receiving options depend on the destination and the method selected by the sender. Funds may go to a supported bank account or mobile wallet; cash pickup is available only at the provider’s designated agencies or banks where offered.

At a Communication Center

Ask the participating center about computer access, printing and help locating the official customer app. Enter your own account details and approve your transfer yourself. On a shared screen, sign out and close your session when finished; keep passwords, payment details and verification codes private.

GlobeXpress currently provides provider links and access guidance. GlobeXpress centers are not currently listed here as authorized Taptap Send cash collection or payout agents. Transfers, verification, rates, delivery and refunds are handled by Taptap Send and its designated receiving network.

GlobeXpress prepaid service credits and gift cards remain separate from money transfers.
