Universal Communication Card

A network communication app for internal services, teams, family and friends.

CAD $5 per person per month. One personal membership follows you across your groups, with closed monthly membership cycles. Everyone receives 30 days free from UCALL registration, with no upfront payment or deposit.

Closed internal networks and service groups use owner-controlled invitations. Family and friends groups allow joined members to share invitations; conversations remain private to joined members. Pilot groups support up to 20 members.

Messaging includes text, pictures, short videos, audio and data files up to 8 MB each. Use messages when calls cannot connect.

Billing activation is pending; no payment is collected. Direct-call signaling and phone notification registration are deployed. Authenticated relay activation and real-phone testing are still pending. Landline receiving and dialing are under consideration and are not included in the current service.

UCALL prepaid cards and regional IDs

Payment-option verification is required before trial registration: use secure bank/card setup or a verified prepaid reload. No monthly subscription payment or deposit is collected to start the trial.

Reloadable prepaid values: CAD $3 / $5 / $10 / $20 for 6 / 10 / 20 / 40 tokens. Each token represents CAD $0.50. Approved outlets receive stock; DMC verifies actual sales before credit is available. Central Africa and participating Global Exchange / U-Access retail distribution are prepared; no unapproved outlet is listed as active.

Your UCALL address replaces the + on your existing full phone number with #, including the country code: +1 876 555 1234 becomes #18765551234. Independent ownership verification is required before activation, and exact-address lookup is opt-in. Recipients must accept connection requests. This is an internal app address; your telephone service and carrier number remain unchanged.

UCALL network membership requires at least 10 persons. Networks may form and invite members before reaching the minimum; paid service activation requires 10 members. One personal CAD $5 monthly plan covers your joined networks. Everyone receives one 30-day trial from UCALL registration, without upfront payment or deposit.
