Enable a mailbox for your verified #phone number. Accepted private contacts can record or upload audio when you are unavailable. Messages appear in the private voice inbox. Automatic transcription requires the operator provider key; audio remains available if transcription fails. Email forwarding is opt-in to your verified account email; SMS to the verified +number requires a connected SMS service. Transcripts can contain mistakes.

Mailbox billing is separate from membership and is not active. Pilot limits: in-app recording stops after 2 minutes; audio uploads are limited to 2 MB. Up to 100 received messages per 30 days and 90 days retention. Stop mailbox enrollment to prevent new messages; delete recordings individually in the inbox.

Use Download / Install UCall and open its home-screen icon. Create or sign into your account using the one-time code sent to your email. The app opens your communications workspace. Your invitations are kept on this browser while you install and sign in; if you switch browsers, reopen the original invitation there.

Save your name, full phone number and region in Setup. These private details do not make your number verified or searchable. In Membership, complete secure bank/card setup or redeem a verified purchased prepaid reload, then register the trial. In Contacts, confirm ownership and submit your phone verification request. Independent verification is required; the current pilot does not send automatic SMS codes.

Your internal UCall ID is # followed by your verified full phone number, including country and area code. You decide whether exact-ID lookup is enabled. CAD $5 per person monthly after paid activation; one plan covers your joined networks. First 30 days free following verification and trial registration. Minimum 10 network members; pilot groups support up to 20. Recurring billing is not active.

Select an individual phone contact where supported, enter an email or share the UCall download link. Invitations inside UCall do not automatically send email or SMS. A private contact must sign in and accept before messages or direct calls. Open Messages & calls, select the conversation, then use Audio call or Video call. Both people need internet and microphone/camera permissions. Wi-Fi does not guarantee a call will connect while relay setup and phone testing remain pending.

Use the same conversation for text, photos, short videos, audio and data up to 8 MB. Enable incoming notifications on each device; tap a notification to open the app and answer. Background native ringing is not provided.

Create a family, friends, service or closed network; share its invitation using the copy/share button. Joined members can chat and share files. The owner controls membership and creates the shared Jitsi meeting link. Everyone opens that link to meet; the host signs into Jitsi. WhatsApp options open separately and do not merge WhatsApp calls or chats into UCall.

Link an active Flight Club card through your private card account using the same email. Schedule departure and return, start the trip and choose whether to share location. Only designated accepted UCall contacts who accept the viewing invitation can see reports while sharing is enabled. GPS needs permission, internet and an open visible app. Reports show their timestamp and accuracy, and may become stale.

Stop sharing or select Back home to end viewer access. The scheduled return deadline also ends it. Changing the return time pauses sharing until you explicitly resume. After reopening the app, use Resume GPS sharing to restart device reports. Timestamped check-ins also work without GPS. Location reports are not continuous monitoring or emergency response.

UDrive is recommended for airport transfers and tours through participating operations. UPay is for approved closed-network purchases; confirm provider acceptance before travel.

Approved UCall reloads: CAD $3, $5, $10 and $20, corresponding to 6, 10, 20 and 40 tokens. Credit activates only after a verified sale and one-time code redemption. Keep reload codes private. Subscription debits remain inactive.

If a call fails, send a message or file, check connection and permissions, and ask the recipient to open UCall. If notifications do not arrive, check phone/browser notification settings and enable them again. Select only the contacts you want to share; UCall does not upload your entire address book.
