UCALL

Choose your reload

Each token represents CAD $0.50. Credit is retained in your signed-in UCALL account; use another purchased reload code to add value to the same card. These are UCALL service credits, with no automatic conversion to other U-Access balances.

How to buy and reload

1. Purchase through an approved participating outlet and retain your receipt.
2. DMC verifies the actual sale and exact value before the reload becomes usable.
3. Sign in to UCALL and enter the private code supplied in the sealed card insert.
4. View your prepaid balance and print your reloadable UCALL card from your account.

The public card number and QR never authorize a debit. Keep reload codes private. Paid credit has no time-based expiry; contact DMC for lost codes, disputed sales or refund review.

Trial and membership

Verify a bank/card option through the secure provider, or verify prepaid through a purchased and funded card. Trial registration requires verification. The first 30 days are free with no subscription payment or deposit; then CAD $5 per person monthly. Paid network membership requires 10 persons. Prepaid purchase is optional when bank/card verification is available; purchased credit is not charged as a trial fee.

Subscription checkout and automatic prepaid subscription debits are not activated. Bank/card verification awaits provider connection. Calling relay and real-phone delivery testing remain pending.

Distribution

Prepared for Central Africa retail distribution and participating Global Exchange / U-Access networks. Exact country and outlet approvals are recorded by DMC before stock is assigned. Prices remain CAD; no automatic local-currency conversion is applied.
